Chamomiles have specific anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, muscle relaxant, antispasmodic, anti-allergenic and sedative properties.  It also promotes sleep by soothing the nervous system. It has been used as a solution for insomnia for centuries.  Moreover, chamomile benefits as a mild relaxant and helps relieve nervousness, anxiety, stress, hysteria, and depression.  Chamomile also eases postpartum symptoms by promoting better sleep qualities, therefore, relieving more symptoms of postpartum depression.

Chamomile’s therapeutic use in anxious issues like nervousness, crabbiness and even lack of sleep, eases off your sensory system’s movement helping to unwind and keep a calming feeling.  Therefore, Chamomile is used for migraine treatment by reducing pain and irritation.

Chamomile contains spiroether, a powerful anti-spasmodic agent that relaxes tense muscles reducing muscle spasms and is an effective home remedy for menstrual cramps.  In fact, this therapeutic herb is effective in soothing tooth pain, too.  Plus, it also aids in healing arthritis joint inflammation.

Chamomile is wonderful for soothing an upset stomach.
