Most of our products offer a Subscribe & Save option, but account or subscription changes should be handled through the product page, customer account, or support.
KUKISTA currently ships within the United States only and does not offer international shipping at this time.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery time depends on location and selected shipping method. Tracking is emailed after shipment and may take 24–48 hours to update.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Free U.S. shipping is promoted for orders of $100 or more.

All sales are final and returns/exchanges are not accepted. Refunds may be considered within 15 days of delivery only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. That being said, we are pretty reasonable - if you have an issue just reach out! We take pride in our customer service.
