We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take longer. Any significant delays will be communicated via email.

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.  Please note that carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.  If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.  If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.  Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to update.
